I was not looking forward to 6 hours of chemo treatment so when I arrived at the treatment center I was pleasantly surprised. I found friendly people lots of tasty food and comfortable loungers with individual TVs. They offered a wide variety of programming including, to my surprise and joy, TCM. That channel has been a favorite of mine but a channel I can no longer afford.
Unfortunately I also found that I was suffering from chemo brain (https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/chemo-brain/symptoms-causes/syc-20351060) a condition that affects cognitive abilities such as memory. I added some brain games to my phone but I also decided that writing a Blog might be a good way to keep my writing skills and word recall. So inspired by my time taking chemo and watching movies I decided to write movie blog called “Chemo and a Movie”. I’m not expecting to become famous I just want to share some interesting tidbits with anyone that’s interested and more importantly keep my mind active. It will be a review of movies I watched or were inspired to watch from my time watching movies as I take my chemo treatment.
